"Breeding" is done by combining 2 Pokemon or Pokemon plus Incense as a shapeless crafting table. Doing this will result in the egg. Right click with the egg to start your egg hatching quest. When you right click with it, do /quests started to see the quest description and progress.

Different types require 1 Incense Burner plus 3x berries, the berry depends on the kind of Incense you want to make. All berries come from breaking grass and tall grass, similar to seeds.
